We provide complete estate sale services to liquidate the contents of a home due to death, retirement, divorce, foreclosure, relocation or downsizing.
Our services include an initial free site visit and consultation to discuss the event and the desired outcome. We are experienced in organizing and displaying contents. Presentation is a large determinate in how fast items sell and the price received. We provide the tables and linens for the staging and attractive presentation of items. We inspect, research, evaluate and price each and every item to sell at the maximum price. We advertise the three or four day event in local publications and websites and send emails to a large library of prospects. Advertising by an estate company will give credibility and confidence to your event.
We provide professional staffing for set-up, sale and breakdown, as well as packaging for sold items.
We provide credit card services for those wanting to use them
We provide options for remaining unsold items and clean the premises post sale.
There are no hidden fees or add-on expenses. We cover all cost and generally charge a 35% fee for our services. Your check will be paid within 48 hours of sale. We provide written agreement outlining expectations for you and for us.
